Kat joined the company in November 2023 as a Senior Compliance Manager, bringing several years of experience in political compliance and campaign finance reporting. Before joining the team, she spent five years at NGP VAN, where she started in Client Services, supporting candidate committees and PACs with compliance and reporting needs, and later became a Product Manager, collaborating with developers to support and improve their FEC and state reporting tools. Previously, she worked at the League of Conservation Voters as an organizer for their Climate Action NH team.

Originally from Maine, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire, and now lives in Massachusetts with her husband, their dog, and two cats. Outside of work, you can find her buried in a book, listening to music, or shouting at a Boston Bruins hockey game.
