Ibad works as the Office Coordinator out of the Katz Compliance offices in Washington, DC, and has been with the team since 2022. He previously worked as an organizer on the 2016 coordinated campaign with the Democratic Party of Virginia, the 2020 campaign with the Democratic National Committee as a research associate, and has done nonprofit work with The Better Angels Society to fundraise for documentary film projects relating to American history. Ibad graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Cinema Studies as a Dean's Scholar.
