Chelsea’s approach is grounded in the belief that marketing, operations, and organizational structure are deeply interconnected. With a background in organizational psychology, she brings a systems-oriented perspective to operational design, ensuring that workflows, tools, and internal processes align with how people actually work and make decisions. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Mass Media from Baker University and holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California.
